As part of our effort as a Development Firm to do its bit in providing world-standard designs, constructions, infrastructures and project management, We, at Mayys are working on the construction of stalls/shops & warehouses for the newly planned Abuja City Market of the Federal Capital Territory; in a befitting, modern and international standard environment on over a three (3) Hectare property. This City Market is planned to harbour ALL existing, mushroom and potential merchants to function independently while still affording individual store owners:

1. A feeling of privacy within a communal setting,
2. Ability to effectively engage their customers and
3. Also, the ability to diligently showcase all their displayed goods.

The Project Plan is a detailed study of existing markets across the Federal Capital Territory. Some of the surveys and analysis carried out on the market included store/stall types, prices, sizes, standards and the expectations of the targeted group of merchants who are to occupy them. Thus, the store sizes, store designs, building materials and construction precisions are planned to be practical, durable yet aesthetically appealing.
